Digital products are provided electronically. No physical item will be shipped for products identified as digital downloads.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, device, printer, paper and printing method.

2. Digital Downloads

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through the delivery method provided at checkout or after purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible software, equipment and internet access necessary to download, open and print the files.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

3. Personal-Use Licence

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, your purchase gives you a personal-use licence only.

You may download and print the purchased artwork for your own personal use and may have it professionally printed for your personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, sublicense, alter for resale, or otherwise commercially exploit the digital files or artwork.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design, copyright or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The original designs, artwork, branding, graphics and other original creative materials offered by Faith & Grace Co. remain the intellectual property of Faith & Grace Co. or their respective rights holders, as applicable.

Scripture quotations and other third-party material remain subject to any rights belonging to their respective copyright or rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Faith & Grace Co. branding, original designs or other protected material for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the store and may change from time to time without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and purchase information when placing an order.

Applicable taxes, payment-processing charges or other amounts, where required, may be calculated during checkout.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally final once digital files have been delivered or accessed.

If you receive an incorrect file or experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.

Customers may print purchased artwork at home or through a professional printing service for permitted personal use.

Final print quality can vary depending on the printer, ink, paper, print provider, colour settings and other factors outside our control. Faith & Grace Co. cannot guarantee identical colour reproduction across every screen, printer or printing service.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malicious software, or use purchased digital products in violation of the licence provided with them.
